At the glamorous, vibrant, Jonathan Adler-designed Parker Palm Springs, the hotel's six dining venues are staples of the greater Palm Springs scene—especially Norma's for brunch and mister parker's for dinner. But a particularly beloved standout is the Pétanque court-side Lemonade Stand, with its yellow striped awning and freshly pressed concoctions that celebrate the bounty of the estate's own groves. Here, the property shares its signature lemonade recipe—and how to turn it into a refreshing poolside cocktail—for your next spring soirée.
EXPLORE THE HOTEL
Designer Jonathan Adler’s now classic mid-century interiors wowed the travel world when The Parker Palm Springs opened in 2005. The property and its charming, landscaped grounds and pools still beguile, and recent renovations to many guest bathrooms, all twelve villas and other updates elsewhere help to keep up the Holly Golightly sparkle its fans adore.
Once owned by Western movie star Gene Autry, the estate stands out as a uniquely captivating retreat (and despite its expansive size, it maintains an air of privacy and exclusivity). Dotted within the lush greenery that fills the grounds, you can find hidden gems like croquet lawns, fire pit seating, a fragrant herb garden, hammocks, two pools and more, all while walking through the intricate pathways.
